Training Development

Continuing with the previous focus, the Training Development for Peak Performance Workshop continues where the Training Design for Peak Performance Workshop left off. The instructional developer begins by concentrating on what the performer must do and produce on the job.

The focus of this three-day workshop is on the development of job aids, instructional materials, tests, practice exercises, and instructor's guides. Workshop participants will also practice assessing, adapting, and maintaining training material to ensure exemplary job performance.

This workshop is presented in-house at your facility.

Rationale for course:
The tools in this workshop enable participants to learn how-to maximize the effect of training on the organization goals while minimizing costs.

Course goal:
Upon completion of this workshop and given the job aids included, participants will be able to develop job aids, instructional materials, tests, practice exercises, and instructor guides. Participants will also be able to assess, adapt, and maintain training.
