Performance Improvement Implementation Mentoring

Personal Human Resource Management peak performance mentoring and coaching services are easy to access anytime, anywhere .  Many of my clients use technology to save time as well as drastically reduce travel expenses.  Many of my clients travel frequently and call me from their office, hotel room, airplane, or car and then immediately get back to work.  Clients call monthly and/or weekly from anywhere in the world for scheduled fifteen, thirty or sixty minute personal coaching sessions with unlimited e-mail communication between sessions.  If you’re motivated and committed to implementing HPI principles and processes in your organization, don’t let the magnitude of the challenge overwhelm you.  Together we learn what you need to accomplish and then build momentum until you have it mastered.  Clients use mentoring and coaching sessions to increase sales, increase profits, improve relationships, improve customer satisfaction and improve employee performance.  Clients also reduce trial and error in implementing HPI and focus on profitability.  Lately I have been receiving numerous requests for mentoring and coaching assistance from people who have joined the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) and The American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) in the last 10 years.  Many requests come from executives, managers, performance analysts and trainers who are trying to get into HPI and trying to produce and measure results, but for numerous reasons haven't been very successful.  In response to these requests, I assist clients transfer the knowledge they learn in HPI training workshops to their jobs back home. Other requests come from people who have attended ISPI and ASTD conferences and ASTD's Performance DNA workshops.  Some requests come from people who have read books on HPI but are not sure how to actually implement the principles presented.  Some of my clients are located near where I live in Michigan. Others clients are not limited to any geographic area.
