The purpose of an effective selection process is to guide the actions in personnel selection to produce recommendations concerning person(s) to fill the position in the client organizations. Ciritcal to achieving success is to produce:

  • A description of performance of the targeted job
  • Specification of qualifications
  • Recommendations for recruitment and assessment
  • Recommendation of candidate(s) to fill the job

Project and/or Program Selection

Also critically important is the skill to select and prioritize projects and programs to improve that ensure the highest return-on-investment.
