in personnel selection to produce recommendations concerning person(s) to fill
the position in the client organizations. Ciritcal to achieving success is to produce:
- A description of performance of the targeted
- Specification of qualifications
- Recommendations for recruitment and assessment
- Recommendation of candidate(s) to fill the job
Project and/or Program
Also critically important is the skill to select and prioritize projects and programs to improve that ensure the highest return-on-investment.
