average performers to excel. I completed my first front-end analysis over twenty-five years ago and have since completed more than two hundred performance improvement projects.
I am a husband and a father of two wonderful children
and five wonderful stepchildren. I am a training developer, instructor, public speaker and personal business coach/mentor.

nurturing person who seeks joy, peace and meaning in my
life. I am free spirited, adventurous and creative. I
continue to pass along lessons learned because that gives me
joy. What is the point of being here, unless you share it
and pass it on, and help others along the way? I try
very hard to live an authentic life that feels true to me,
which means living my life in service to others.

OJT, better known as On-the-Job-Training. I am
