am a seasoned Exemplary Performance Consultant/Practitioner (http://www.exemplaryperformance.com/) with thirty-two years of experience dedicated to
helping clients design performance solutions that enable
average performers to excel.
I am a husband and a father of two wonderful children
and five wonderful stepchildren.
I am a training developer, instructor, public speaker and personal business coach/mentor. My
reputation has endured as my defining body of work has grown. I work on issues
that are important to me and two-hundred plus
transformational change performance improvement projects have followed. I am a motivated and talented
performance improvement professional who is committed to helping clients achieve
their goals by helping
them improve their individual, team and organizational performance. I am a
nurturing person who seeks joy, peace and meaning in my
life. I am free spirited, adventurous and creative. I
continue to pass along lessons learned because that gives me
joy. What is the point of being here, unless you share it
and pass it on, and help others along the way? I try
very hard to live an authentic life that feels true to me,
which means living my life in service to others.

My purpose is to make a significant positive difference in the lives of others
around the world by
helping individuals and organizations prosper and achieve their business goals. I work
side-by-side with clients and lend a hand to create improvement programs designed to
strengthen professional well-being, work systems and performance results.

There are many rich and well-respected approaches to
improving human performance. I have sought out the most effective and efficient
performance system available that considers training as one of many
components that influence exemplary performance. Harmony in performance means not simply
