Doug's examples and stories are what really show the power behind this methodology. Doug was very good about referring to the job aids whenever he could. It really helped to see him use the job aid to answer questions. The job aids proved you did not have to memorize everything. the workshop changes your thinking from "what topic/subject am I going to teach?" to "what is being produced?" and "how is it being done well?" Using this process allows everyone to speak the same language and performs analysis in the same manner. This will result in more streamlined development and completion of projects.
